To address the most frequent comment, yes, the shoes ARE amazing, and they are real. They're called "Ballet Heels" or "Fetish Ballet Shoes" and are the model's personal pair, so she has some experience in walking/posing in them. It's definitely a talent unto itself, plus Iris is simply an exceptionally talented model. Mad props to her for bringing them out at the shoot.
